Yep, standard size, updated title to McCafe coffee. A couple non coffee options as well for those that don't drink it:

Got the sausage and egg McMuffin last time with a large hot chocolate. Honestly wasn't worth it. Fine if you were gonna get one anyway but not 'unmissable' for me.

HJs $3 deal for coffee, muffin and hash brown is surely better value. Expires 12 February too.
You cannot compare HJ's coffee with Maccas even at that level.
HJs has improved quality of a lot of their items.

7 11 coffee is better than hjs, it's pretty much milk only.
Everytime a notification comes on the app, it just disappears. Cannot find the deal on the app and it just crashes. Not sure if I am doing anything wrong but the Maccas App need lot of work.
Would have been nice if whoever negged my. Comment, instead took the time to explain where the deal is located or some reason why what I wrote wasn't a useful post. Just trying to save others from wasting time on this. It's worth noting that if you haven't used this app before you need to give your name, email address and phone number and in order to sign up you must agree to receiving marketing information from McDonalds,there is no option to order without and accout and no option to 'opt out' of marketing communications. Decide for yourself if that's worth a coffee.
The deal will be located on your main screen, it’ll be one of the first things you see.
There’s the banner ad, then the button to pick-up order (you click this to select what you want to purchase). The button under that is your restaurant locator. Then underneath that is my rewards, you should see your coffee card there (buy five get one free) then next to that is the daily summer offer. All you need to do is click that, select your muffin, select your drink and add to cart. Then basically follow the prompts from there.
Underneath the restaurant locator is a big circular arrow/refresh button that doesnt work, tapping it shows an "oops we're having trouble connecting" error. No other apps have any connection issues, ever.
Downloaded the app and got the deal within 2 mins on my phone
I don't think you should neg the deal just because you had issues with your phone
If it was just the one person, sure. But the issue is pretty wide spread, the app sucks that why they are doing all these deals to get people to use them. Except that the app still sucks.
I’ve never had an issue with the app recently and I’ve used it many times. The first iteration maybe, when there were still golden deals and they were pushed out st different times, but now it’s fine. Scan codes at the register if no good.
i don’t like the app either and it’s intrusive in that you need to setup account and it wants credit card etc but you don’t neg the deal because the app is a pain …… app doesn’t work well for me but it might work well for others who operate for what the app is designed to do

Always have used the Kiosk and scan option, if they are down the code works at the register
Unless the Kiosks are down only interaction is to pay.Have paid cash 99% of the times, rarely used EFTPOS at the Kiosk.
I've had a nightmare with the App, so now I just don't even go into the store option and just use the Scan option which I set up at home, lock the phone so when I reopen the phone it's there waiting. The Code can be entered manually on the Kiosk as well and is so short it's easy to remember.
The offer's are on the home screen, less interaction with the app the better. Plus the App does not have the full menu, no Boxes or 24 Nuggets.
As I said, I negged because I couldn't get the deal because the app doesn't work. It's like if I'd gone to a shop and the door was boarded up, deal was unobtainable for me, hence, no deal
Doesn't matter, my post got so downvoted that my neg was disqualified anyway. It's certainly not just me, look at the reviews for the app. It's not like I'm not I have an obscure or modified handset either, this is a stock nexus phone which is the benchmark for testing. The fact is that the deal was only available via the app and the app didn't provide the deal.
Are you using iOS or Android? Have you updated your app and phone to the latest software release?
I’ve been using the MyMaccas app since it came out, there were issue to start off with but after they sorted that out I’ve not had an issue since. It’s worked perfectly not just for me but all my family and friends for the past 6-8 months. All using iOS on different variations of iPhone.
Try updating both your phone software and update the app and give it a try. I love the MyMaccas app, so much free or discounted stuff. It’s worth it!
we use it on android phone and ios tablets ….
have kept passwords simple as it sometimes ask to reauthenticate.

You need to click on the offer under my rewards on your main screen and add the deal from there.
The app never worked on my phone either (Galaxy s6), I see the deals and everything but never managed to add a credit card. It always says there's a problem. I've tried all my cards and have done this on several occasions months apart to not avail. It's a shame because there are some great deals on there

My local maccas always serves me the worst coffee through drive through. Taste like they haven’t used the right amount/type of milk or the milk has expired. Rarely do I get any sugars, it’s like they hire people that can’t read. It’s hardly ever made at the McCafé, but when it is it’s really good.
Coffee was actually surprisingly good on the Spring st end of Collins st, probably all the cafes around that they need to vaguely compete with. Well worth the $4.80 for that and the excess sodium bomb that is a mighty muffin
