i have prevails model … works fine just hard to create custom wash cycle eg 30c 2 x rinse …..not intuitive but fine if happy to use existing cycles…. else mechanically has been a fine machine.

  • Great deal. Any owners know if you can increase the spin speed on the fast/express wash?

I have the 7.5kg model, payed about the same almost a year ago and it's going strong.

Spin speed can be increased to a max of —> 1200, so yes can be increased from 1000 for fast wash.
Water temp can be set 20 deg —> 90 deg.
There's an intense toggle setting, an option for extra rinse cycles.

I remember reading somewhere that about a CON with the delayed wash setting.

This machine uses only cold water hose, which may effect energy use for people with solar hot water.

We wanted a cheap machine and this has been our first front loader and no complaints so far.

Pity it's only 3.5 energy stars - you'd get yourself $200 refund in QLD if it was 4… https://www.qld.gov.au/community/cost-of-living-support/abou…
