Works well if one is constipated. If one takes one-too-many these gums usually contain sorbitol.
Anything upwards of six of these and poof!, you're off like a rocket!
I think these have sugar not sweetener - picture of ingredients on eBay catch site. I want sugar in my gum and it is nearly impossible to get these days!
