ausday17? Are you 365 days out?

Anyhow, regarding car keys, can you do BA/BF model Falcons and are they part of the sale?

  • +2

Thanks! Bought from you in the past for a gliderol replacement remote. Works perfectly, better distance range than the original.

Thank you very much for letting me know. Really happy to hear that!

  • Any chance you sell remote for Sunbeam tower fan FA7400? Thanks

    • We dont, but do you know if it was an infrared remote?

      • Yes it is. It is just not working anymore. Have checked and replaced the battery.

  • +1

Got some last deal and they work amazing especially the BA remote

    • +1

      Thank you very much!

  • +1

Bought from them before, can vouch for the quality and customer service.👍👍

    • Thank you, that means a lot :)

  • So what are the car key remotes exactly? Is this just the shell? Id imagine you need to code them.. and get a key cut…

    • +1

We have two categories. The cases/shells are just the plastic part and the key blade which has no electronics and is used to simply fix a key that is worn or the case has cracked. Our complete key category is a complete key with electronics which must be cut and programmed by a locksmith.

Upvoted because of great price products combined with even better service.

    • Thank you very much :)

  • Is there a cheaper replacement remote for TM390+?

    • At this stage there isnt a cheaper one. There will be eventually be but its quite new so maybe in a few months to a year.

  • Thanks OP. Just in time to save me money.

  • Recently moved into a house and the garage remote is a Steel-Line ZT-07 but it feels like the range isn't that great. The previous place I stayed at had a PTX-5v2 which was way better. Do you have anything that could potentially be a better replacement for the ZT-07?

    • Unfortunately we don’t have anything for this one. I would try change the battery in the remote and adjust the antenna on the motor which might help with the range problem.

  • Michael, I can't seem to find a remote for Toyota Corolla 2005, do you have it in stock?

    • We unfortunately do not stock complete remotes for Toyotas yet we only stock the shells to repair worn or broken remotes.

  • Hi Michael, I'm also after a remote for my Toyota Corolla 2006. Thanks

    • We unfortunately do not stock complete remotes for Toyotas yet we only stock the shells to repair worn or broken remotes.

  • Hi Micheal we have 2 remotes for the gates with 4 buttons the older one is an air tasker and we had a newer more solid one which we lost.

Can they be deactivated so they no longer work on the gate?

Also can you clone the signal and fit one of your controls to a vacant receptacle slot in a car which is empty. one less thing to carry around.

    • Yes, you most certainly can remove lost remotes. Generally you must wipe the memory which removes all remotes and recode all remotes back to the motor. I'm not familiar with your brand. Are you sure it is not Air Key?

      • Sorry yes they are both air key one is about 5 years old and one brand new one i think i was reading something else while writing the last message.

  • Whereabouts are you based? Do we need to post our key to you so you can replicate it? And if so, what's the usual turn around time?

    • We are based in Brisbane. You do not need to post your key. We post you a new key and you can take this to any locksmith to have it cut.

  • Got a garage door remote that is falling apart.
How do I find a compatible one?

    • Please either email a photo to [email protected] or text a photo to 0402202033 and we will let you know if we stock a suitable remote.

Ordered a replacement key shell - thanks to the rep for a great deal! 👍

      Thank you. Happy Australia Day!

Don't need a remote but will +1 because I've bought from these guys before and they've been brilliant.

    • Really appreciate that. Thanks!

  • I got a garage remote through a similar sale before and the button stopped working after about a year. Is that the life of these remotes?

    • We provide 12 month warranty on all items but they should generally last longer than this. Have you tried to change the battery. Can you also let me know what model the remote was and I may be able to provide some tips to get it working again.

      • Its the one that is currently listed at https://www.remotepro.com.au/products/ata-ptx-5-garage-remot…

Initially the button started to be a bit patchy where it took a few presses before it work. Sometimes would work first time itself. The number of presses required kept increasing over time and eventually around a year later totally stopped working or I probably gave up after 15-29 tries…

        • If the light flashes on an off when a button is pushed this means the battery needs to be changed. If the light is solid but not working at all, please try the following.

          1. Press and hold both buttons 1 & 2 on the remote and do not let go
          2. The light on the remote will illuminate and after 5-6 secs the light will go out
          3. Release the buttons
          4. Test the remote to see if it is working/communicating with the motor
          5. If it is not working, please try code in the remote again
Please let me know how it goes.
  • B&D Tiltamatic TRG306

I'm looking for the model above, had a quick search, didn't find one.

Would you please let me know if you have it for sale?

  • please advise me if I buy the cheapest additional garage remotes for the following
    433.92 MHz transmitter frequency
The OEM is a rip off @$50 each on ebay

    http://www.steel-lineautomation.com.au/sd800-garage-door-ope…

Similar Chinese ones come for $ 3.56 delivered but don't know if they will definitely work

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/433-92mhz-Universal-Cloning-Remo…

    • We dont have one yet for this. The motor is quite new and we are still trying to get a remote for this one. We have tried a few different model with no success. You can try random remotes from China but I dont think they will work as we have tried these already.

  • +2

Bought 2 gate remotes, but from the eBay store. Was a bit cheaper from there even after the 25%, so check eBay first as per OP's comment.

  • I've always wondered - how come replacement car key shells dont come with logos on them?

this seems to be the case with every seller on the market; is it a copyright issue?

    • +2

Yes, our key shells are aftermarket so we cannot use the logos.

  • do you have any recommendations for an automotive locksmith in melbourne - I go to so many and they are always like errr nah we don't do that. Looking at buying the Nissan Pulsar remote.
