  In all seriousness it's a very good hairdryer. Bought one for the wife back when it launched. Remember to clean the filter! Lives up to the promises but it's not really that quiet… or maybe I'm just used to it now.

      It's the twisting bit at the bottom. Don't play with it too much as it becomes loose but cleaning it makes a huge difference.

  For those who care, sometimes there are bonuses/freebies depending on when/who you buy from such as the leather case or the nicer stand which holds it upright. They are hard to get/expensive if you don't get them at purchase as I've found.
