Does anyone know where to find the Twinings English Breakfast with honey and vanilla? I've been looking out for it lately and it seems to have disappeared off the shelves.

Not the same product - that is a herbal tea (chamomile) and OP is after black tea (English Breakfast).
I've been looking for it too but have come to the conclusion that it was just a short promotional run. I have ONE. Teabag left that I'm saving for a day when things all get just a bit too much! It isn't something that I'd drink for every cuppa, but it was a very smooth and somehow comforting blend, and I'd love to find it again.
ETA: I've just looked on Twinings Aust website and the small pack of teabags are still listed as part of the product range but I can't see anything about stockists.
I've looked through some of their Facebook posts and haven't seen it specifically mentioned but they do mention in reply to a lot of customer queries about different blends that major retailers only tend to carry the most popular lines. It could be that the honey & vanilla flavour didn't sell well.
Either contact Twinings (not via FB) asking about it, or contact supermarkets you've previously bought it from to ask about it.
When this has happened to me, my local Coles stores (two of them) have checked their systems for me to see if they have the items available to them.
Either the item has become unavailable between the supplier and Coles or that specific store hasn't sold enough and doesn't want to waste the shelf space.
Sometimes for the latter, if it's a supplier they deal with a lot and will be getting deliveries from anyway, they will order it in for the customer but not place it back on the shelves.
That's awesome, i will definitely speak to a store then!
If you're still looking for this product, I've noticed that they stock it at SUPA IGA in QLD, so perhaps try any IGA/SUPA IGA stores in your area.
Awesome, thanks :) I don't know if there is specifically SUPA IGA in Adelaide but there's a few different types of IGA and foodland so I'll check it out
