Whats misleading is they put 12 months HP warranty in their description
It's good (not really) to see that I am not the only one to have a very poor experience with this seller. Seller has extremely poor service/warranty support…returned a faulty laptop and got back a laptop that wasn't fixed, with downgraded OS and no further responses to emails.
However. as far as bargains go, this might be a good price(?) I just wouldnt go anywhere near this vendor again, regardless of the price.
Agreed laptops scream a need for good warranties, as you see these are refurb and something has already packed it in.
