    Ordered and paid for 3 boxes but the courier failed to deliver!

    I had requested delivery before 1pm in my order submission for a work function, even though the delivery instruction quoted said delivers by 5pm. Received an email on the morning of delivery at 8am saying it was on the way and I could live track it online. The live truck icon started 3 suburbs away and throughout the day it moved 2x closer, but they were a no show. I called the courier at 13:30 but was only able to leave a voice message, then come 16:58 before KK shut for the day before australia day I called them- they didn't know why it hadn't delivered yet, said they would try contact the courier but given it would be after 5pm by then I just asked for a refund instead which they obliged. Waiting on the refund to process.

    Thumbs up for the Krispy Kreme sale, but thumbs down for the courier company.
