$4.99 Bath Salts… can't wait to get naked with a goat.
Note, these are "Lou Laguiole" knockoffs, not a genuine/"legit" brand of Laguiole cutlery (Laguiole is a town in France, and a style of cutlery, not a brand itself). So "incredible price reduction" is not really accurate.
Thanks for the cutlery lesson (I'm not being smart, actual thanks given) :).
I didn't know that. Plus vote for sharing.Oh man. Should have known it was too good to be true.
Stay away from the cheap laguiole, they just fall apart.
Not to mention they metal will go rusty if put in the dishwasher more than a handful of times. I've got a set of original cheese knives with one extra ring-in. The extra one is less than a year old and already the 'stainless' steel is developing serious rust spots.
Never put these types of knives in the dishwasher. Ever. Any expensive knives you own should be hand washed. Stainless is just that. Stain Less. Does not mean it is rust proof.
I have both the original Laguiole steak knives and some knock offs from Trade Secret .. The original are nicer - but not much..
The handles on the original feel and look nicer but they are otherwise essentially the same.. No issues with chucking them in the dishwasher and still look good years later
Got the original ones from France (and they are made in France). My one is full stainless steel rather than plastic handle. Fantastic quality.
Did you get them from the one and only factory where they make them? Plenty of knock offs in France too! I went to the original and main factory and the quality from there is awesome.
wild guess… china? lol
Doubt it you are wrong on this "wild guess" haha !!
i'd just had a coffee… was feeling a bit buzzed… :P

That is the link to where the legit hand made stuff is made in France and it is an awesome place to visit. Lots of info for those who are interested in learning more about these knives.
Usual price?
