$40 Event Cinemas Movie Cards for $30 - CINEBUZZ Club

180

Works out to 25% off movies. Compared to 15% off at cardlimbo, it is an absolute bargain. These expire 12 months from purchase, and considering how expensive movies are, should not be hard to use up quickly.

  • not valid Village Cinemas…

makes it pretty much useless for me… that all we have around here…

  • village here too :(

  • Only cinebuzz I have is in the city. And their seats are thinly cushioned, its like sitting on plastic deck chairs

Express post service only available for this promotion = $5. Shame you can't choose an eVouchers which was not shipping costs.
You only end up saving $5 if you only purchase one giftcard, its only a good deal if you purchase multiple $40 cards.

    www.eventcinemas.com.au/rydges = 35% off = movies for $10 + $1.10 booking fee. For the win.

    • doesn't work?

      • yes it does, i have used that code a few times now.

        • It doesn't work for VMAX or NFT movies.

        • Yeah it doesn't work with 3D and VMAX. It works randomly with NFT. Saw Skyline and Harry Potter on opening night with it. Have to book at least 30 mins before the movie though. They can scan the barcode straight off your iPhone too. BAM! So if you're a cinebuzz member…by your 10th movie…you've saved $76 bucks…which you will give back to them through their over-priced snacks =P

    • Gr8 deal andrewm666! +1 :-)

  • Event cinemas is a god damned rip off. The only time i will ever go there is for $9 movie of the week or 2 tickets for $19 via optus. with this coupons you will be paying about $17.50+ per adult movie ticket. Total rip off, boycott them as much as possible.

    • A rip-off compared to what?

In Brisbane, Event offers the highest quality cinemas, and the biggest complexes so you have a range of times available.

Plus, the independents and competitors cost just as much.

  • Yeah well that's the other thing that really shits me about this monopoly greedy chain. VMAX used to be a free bonus, and lets be honest it is definately not worth paying more for. Now they charge another $2-$3 extra. Very low thing to do. I hope they see a huge decline in people going to cinema, because its too expensive nowadays.
