Holding a large bird or beef joint is the first job of a great roaster. But this roaster goes beyond the normal job description with its hanging u-rack. The rack keeps the roast elevated so fats and juices drip into the pan to be discarded or used for later to make gravy. When it’s time to carve, the rack has convenient handles that let cooks lift their roasted masterpiece out of the roaster with ease.

This Anolon Roaster with bonus rack is durable, easy to clean and fits most ovens. The carbon steel construction is solid and tough and will stand up to the most rigorous culinary tests. The u-rack is also built with strength and convenience in mind – it’s coated in long-lasting non-stick so turkey, chicken and beef release easily from the rack. The roaster’s handles are nice and wide, providing ample space to get a secure grip.

Be careful to check the internal width of your oven first to see if it fits. Made that mistake once.

Let me guess…you ended up buying a larger oven.

Couldn't afford at the time, so we gave it away as present to someone with a 90cm oven because I'm be damned if I return something I got with a triple discount!

    • That's the reason I went a 900mm oven, it fits everything and can cook 4-6 birds at once

Well this is a flash in the pan.

Sorry cookware brands but you were selling this same rack for $37.46 DELIVERED on EBAY less than 1 month ago..

    And $49.95 delivered last week….

    http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBidsLogin&item…

    • +1

Given the final value fees you pay on EBAY plus the PayPal payment fees - you should be able to offer Ozbargainers a slightly better price than $37.46 given they are dealing with you direct.

I have to say your credibility takes a hit with this $67.95 + $9.95 shipping "deal".

You could have bought 2 on EBAY last month and still got change for the same price - particularly given the EBAY discount coupons that could have been applied….

        Hi GreatWhiteHunter,

you are correct. We were selling this item at $49.95.

But quite honestly, it was an error on our behalf, and in fact we made a loss on all those sales. We simply can't continue to sell at that price.

We hope that you and the rest of our OzBargain customers are understanding. We make every effort to bring you the best deals in the market… and IMHO think we achieve that more time than not and will endeavour to continue to do so.

        Sincerely,

        CWB Team
