For those that wish to game on their Dell 9010/20 SFF PC, this is the cheapest I've seen a low profile 1050 for a while.
Enjoy!

Thanks, I knew I shouldn't have used the suggested title feature!
Now someone just need to find a monitor, keyboard and mouse =)
Heh I wonder if you could build a pc for less than a XB1X. Pair this with a Pentium G4560 for a start …
Doubtful. Cheap case $25 with crap PSU if in Melbourne
Mobo $50-70
CPU $xxx depends what U use.
SSD or hybrid drive $100+

Any good deal on normal size cards op?
Why not search eBay for yourself just like I did and reap the glorious benefits of contributing to this beautiful website?
If you want something with the same low profile but a little more grunt, the GTX 1050Ti 4GB is also on sale, but not such a sweet price….$220 after 20% discount. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Gigabyte-nVidia-GeForce-GTX-1050…
Power consumption is 75W max, so it can be powered entirely by the motherboard's PCIe slot - no special cabling required.
These cards go great in SFF PCs like the one OP linked above.
How much difference do you think there would be in performance? I have a 9010 SFF and am shopping for a card atm.
The Ti has around 20-25% higher performance, and double the VRAM, but it's probably best to check benchmarks for the applications you're interested in.
Considering these cards are already in the bottom end of gaming performance, I would lean towards the Ti as a more future-proof investment. But it is considerably more expensive….
The TI is about 10-20 % better performance over the normal 1050 depending on the game yeh?
So worth looking at the game and deciding if its worth the price
Some things that jumped out at me -
CSGO was only about 5% difference (think the MAX FPS were capped though - not sure)
Dota was a whopping 26% difference
Over watch was 11% difference.
But the card is like 60% more expensive? - so prob not worth it.
unless you really need it to draw power from the motherboard and want the best GPU , I would go the 1060.
EDIT: Apparently comments below say 1060 prices have gone up - which is a shame
Retailers have jacked the prices for the 1050ti as they were ~$250 before the sale.
Any idea if a LP bracket is included?
Good question, it's not mentioned in the description, although I assume it would be.
It is - my card just arrived. The Low Profile bracket is separate in it's own slot within the foam packing.
This despite the box saying on the base "INCLUDED IN THE BOX > GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card" and saying on the back "WHAT IS INCLUDED GeForce Graphics Card, Driver Installation Disk, Quick Installation Guide"
I was slightly worried as I opened it…
It was good at $140 but this price was short lived. I went with MSI 1050 Ti LPV1 (which included LP bracket) for approx $220 after discount/cashrewards. Prices for this card have skyrocketed recently at Amazon: https://camelcamelcamel.com/MSI-GTX-1050-TI-4GT/product/B01N…
A bit disappointed that there is no decent price on any GTX1060 3GB/6GB card within PCTECH sale event.
There are no decent prices on them anywhere. Crypto craze has caused a shortage of good performance per dollar cards like the 1060.
Yep I know. Price for GTX1060 is even getting more expensive. Found the cheapest 3GB card below and $287.4 is not that too bad I believe?

Anyone used this card before?
Thanks.
Would this work in my Dell 7040 SFF with only 180W PSU??
Have you got a power meter to check what it’s already pulling? Or specs inside to get an idea on consumption.
no power meter yet
current specs. i5-6500, M.2 Evo 960 250GB, 8GIG Ram, 500GB WD SATA, 180W PSU, ONboard GFX
Price has gone up
Yep, expired. They've just jacked up the price by another $25 !!
Never buy from futu or Austin computers
Galaxy or Galax, OP?
