Shipping included in the $482 (based on current exchange rate) Seems very cheap to me. Out of stock but will be shipped when in stock. My first post, hopefully it's helpful.

        • @notewar: As soon as I try to login to Amazon US I get the good ol' Account locked. Gonna bite the bullet and just contact support on this one.

  • So I submitted my bank statement last night to Amazon US. But instead of verifying my card and re-activating my account, they just sent me the e-mail about unauthorized access to my account; they have locked it and resetted my password (and have also cancelled all my orders). Sounds like a sneaky way to cancel people's orders…

    Edit: Managed to log into Amazon FR and found my order under the cancelled tab…

    it's like I know that this wont be honored but inside of me is this small delusional glimmer of hope that the hundreds of graphics cards sold probably at a loss to amazon will be somehow honored

    for those who still have hope, https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/278339 looks like amazon.fr had a similar deal with card for about 515AUD

    After taking $1.50, making me wait 2 days, making me verify my account with statements and call the office, due to them taking their sweet time. This is the response I get. You can bet I am calling back and complaining that they already charged me $1.50 therefore its a binding agreement of sale.

        thought the 1.50 was on hold for verification purposes they were never going to charge it

      Not sure why people are negging?

      They posted a deal, deducted $1.50 from users who purchased, locked our accounts for 2 days restricting any other purchases, asked for verification in the form of photos of bank cards and account statements, we provided verification and then the deal was pulled. That is a lame way to handle a situation for any retailer let alone a giant like amazon, and I think it is more than fair to be pissed off or want to make it clear that behavior isn't acceptable.

      Just for clarification, Dell did something similar. They debited me for a Monitor U2415, then I was put on hold for over 60 mins, then by the time my order was handled the monitor sold out on Dell factory outlet. After speaking to their regional manager and citing payment deducted is contract of sale they not only provided me the monitor but at a reduced cost of sub $200. So yes, it's very possible.

    Yep, we all knew they were most Likley not going to honour it, but it was worth a shot as others have honoured errors in the past…

      Suspect Amazon will cancel the transaction.
