Unlike most other community websites, the majority of our moderation involves editing deals and competitions for clarity and correct tagging. From people forgetting to put the price in the title, nonsensical titles, uploading pictures, not mentioning what store they got the deal from are just a few things we have to contend with. While the moderators do their best to fix these up, it's often not enough which is where power users come in play. For those that don't know, power users have added privileges to edit deals, forum posts and competitions.

As seen below, power users volunteer a good amount of their time to making OzBargain better without much of the community realising the posts have been fixed up by others.

      An eneloop.

      They are volunteers so they don't get paid, only mods do.
