Can't change any of the toppings on these. Disappointing.

  • Yumm, just order 1 and 1 traditional pizaa + mountain dew for $22. Dinner sorted.

      which ingredients are genetically modified?

      • Ask Dominos and see how the suits respond. Start by getting an ingredients list. You can find plenty in that alone.

But of course you don't care and just want someone to hand you answers on a silver platter while chomping down your crapola…so…

        • Haha okay! I'll ask them later.

Don't forget it's 2017 and the fact that it should be common knowledge the corporations are poisoning you for a good profit.

Oh, and have something more meaningful to respond with in 2018.

    • You definitely have something against dominos. All your comments are the same

    Had my one last night;
The box is significantly larger than the actual pizza &
the topping spread on it was even worse, ahhhhwell, didn't enjoy it to much tbh

    • I just had it this noon. Topping is like it's on special. Barely any.. Not worth the money

      • +1

I thought they would replace if you weren't happy? You could keep getting it replaced till you die.

        • +1

Which wouldn't take long since you're eating cardboard?

        • It never happen to me but base on what I seen on TV, I don't want eat dandruff or spit on the pizza.

        • @asianbargain: free dandruff*

A New York Pizza isn't just a larger sized pie. Its a specific kind of pizza. Its disappointing, because even the chain stores in NYC like La Famiglia make better pizza than the expensibe "New York Style' places in Sydney. Let alone Domino's, who don't bother.

    • If anyone could recommend a NYC style by-the-slice place, I'd be very grateful.

Why do you need more Americana ? There are plenty of good old local aussie pizza shops, the last thing we need is more american bullshit here.

if you've been conditioned that you automatically assume something is bs purely based on the name, you're missing out

          @payton:

No those that keep selecting or encouraging Americana are the ones missing out because they fail to appreciate or understand there is a world of interesting things outside America.

Still can't pass up The Halal Guys, cart near the Hilton 53rd & 6th, you will see long queues even at 2am it's that good.

      • Thanks guys! I now have like 5 pizza places to try and 3 meals left in NYC haha

      Pie?
A pie has a crust all around it, meat in the middle and you put tomato sauce on top.
      A pizza is a… pizza.

i can confirm this is junk, 2 x $5 pizza = more value

Tried these the other week. Agree they need to have more topping. Need to be filled with pepperoni or whatever you get. I thought the amount of cheese was OK on the one I had.

  • Good deal, ordinary pizza.

As other posters have said, the toppings are sparse. I'm sure I received no more pepperoni than you do on their $5 value range, which is a good deal every day of the week. Next time, I'll order two of them on thin'n'crispy which has their doughy poor man's New York base covered.

    • +1

My $5 pizza today had 26 slices of pepperoni compared to the 40 on a NY pizza. And for the NY pizza apparently they use 600g of dough compared to 300g classic/thin or 400g for deep pan.

So yeah basically this deal is worse than what you can get every day. Only thing it has going for it is the novelty factor of getting a stupidly large pizza.

      • This +1

  • This seems to be a massive rip off and far from a bargain

  • Because it's 'new york'?

Dominos NY pizza hack: go to local pizza store and order family size

  • Hm… No-one's buying them hey, Dominos so had to reduce them?

Like the other new ones whatever they're called. Bought one with a 40% off discount code + a free upgrade code from a traditional - got less pizza than just buying the traditional - and still paid ~$2 more for it. Boo-hiss!

    • Yeah when I went to dominos on a Saturday night to pick mine up, I was the only one that purchased one, which I was pretty surprised about, not sure though if it's that no one knows about them or whether they don't appeal to the masses.

  • Possibly the worst dominos pizza i ever had.
Base is somewhere between a classic and deep pan.
Cheese is the bare minimum you would expect on any pizza.
Toppings are typical dominos quality and quantity.

Next day ordered from the local pizza shop and got as near to perfect pizza for a cheaper price, which as it happens was their medium size yet equal in size to dominos attempt at a premium large pizza.

  • Even at this price I think 2 value range pizzas are better.

  • The box is huge. The sauce and cheese was pretty good.

There's only a little bit of everything else. Most of it is the soggy crust bread.

  • I've sworn off the dots after being duped with this pathetic attempt.

  • tried today and it was delicious. in terms of price and quality is similar to Costco.

  • +2

It said the code cannot be used at this time of the day…. and I have been trying all different times…

    • I'm having the same problem.. Has anybody had any luck?

    • Same, just tried now and no luck

  • +2

I asked dominos on twitter why the voucher could not be used and they said its only usable starting from tommorrow.

    • Yes it's working for me now, thanks

      • So how was the pizza?

        • It was very nice, for $10 nothing to complain about. Could compare it to two value pizzas in one though.

  • No longer working :(

  • The voucher 166919 is not accepted by your selected store. I tried 2 stores.
