I've been playing NBA Live 18 and enjoying the change from the 2K series and found that you can grab it on MS for $15. There's also a deal for Fifa 18 amongst others. (Fifa 18 and NBA Live 18 combo deal for $52) -> Good deal if you're a sports fan.

You will require an active XBL membership to receive the discounted pricing and it's for download only.
You may even get betterpricing if you change the region to the US in the URL. (Change EN-AU to EN-US). I think this only works if you have a valid US Paypal or CC.
