Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Maple Gold/Black/Gray, 64GB, RAM 6GB) $939 EXPIRED

Saw this deal on shopmonk, but it seems to be a single SIM model. It's grey import, I bought a S8 plus from them before which arrived perfectly fine

Xiaomi Roborock Robot Vacuum Cleaner 2nd Generation for $529

A cheaper price deal for this model. It has the mop feature too compared to the standard version which I have

    • Vaya one is Dual Sim for those that may prefer that but the second SIM not 3G compatible in the spec sheet which means it may not work for all the networks shutting down their 2G network. Need more research on this

      • I beg to differ. One SIM can do 4G while the second SIM is set to 3G. I wouldn't trust the spec sheet that says otherwise.

I know the Dual Sim Galaxy S8+ can have 3G on the second SIM. I own one myself.

But the spec sheet for the specific model listed in Vaya which is the N9500 according to this website, http://www.phonemore.com/samsung-galaxy-note-8-duos-sm-n9500… , does not have 3G for the second sim and is only 2G compatible. As I said, before you buy you might want to do more research on this. Else Vaya will charge 20% restocking fees.

      • Last time I checked, anything that came out after (including) Samsung S8 would be compatible with 4g/3G dual Sim mode. Note 8 should have no problems.

      • How are Vaya with their delivery times?

  • Amaysim deal is slightly cheaper at $916 and includes 2 year warranty from amaysim

    • Is Amaysim's a grey import too?

      • Yup

      • But it comes with a 2yr local Australia warranty.

      Huh?

      • Huh indeed

        • Makes no sense whatsoever the mods would merge it. Price seems okay but I've heard horror stories from shopmonk.

I only purchased a S8+ from them a couple of months ago. I know they have to do the SIM thing to unlock the device but the firmware wasn't tampered with and Samsung KNOX was working fine.

The device was in perfect condition and was sealed and they also included an australian adaptor separately for the charger too. I was scared at first to put my Aussie SIM inside as I heard the device would lock but I'm glad it didn't. I heard Samsung is retiring KNOX soon. As for your case, it's unfortunate your experience with them was so bitter

      • Are they retiring Knox or rebranding it? Either way, I don't think they would do away with the chip on their devices.

        • They are retiring it

  • Price gone up to $959 for the Note 8
