Excellent price for a pretty good panel. IPS, 10bit colour, 2560x1440p, Displayport/2xHDMI, 3Y Warranty.
As an added bonus, these panels are known to run higher than their rated 60Hz refresh rate without any argument. People have reported 84Hz as the upper limit - mine are happily running at 80Hz.
They are available at roughly the same price from most retailers - I consider it a deal because it's easily the cheapest IPS 1440p panel available.
Maybe you should consider posting this on OzRRP then.
Was curious as to how much of a mark down it was and… every other store had the same price.
Agreed that it is a good price for the specs but is it worth posting if this is the RRP and can be found at other retailers at the same RRP?
Very decent price for a 2K 27" monitor. Also available for pick up from MSY if there's a store close to you.
Just checked staticice for this and the first 5 stores have it at this price.

I had to get used to the viewing angles i must say. I need to sit further back, if im too close then my head movements cause the edges of the screen to look dark or faded. I understand this is the compromise with a $300 monitor with these features. The monitors I was looking at before were $500-$800.
Sitting back is better for your eyes anyway! Great monitor overall.

I think a 27" IPS monitor at 4K would cost a lot more actually :(
