You should probably mention that it's flavored water. I clicked link to see if it was pills or those little "milk" shots. Turns out it was neither.
That said, seems very expensive at $40 for 10 bottles. I might have grabbed one at food court for < $5 just because chilled individual drinks are expensive regardless, but that's about it.
EDIT: price is now in title, wasn't earlier
Yeah nah.
26 calories?
Is there perkii lite?I know those milk shots you are referring to. Those Yakult drinks which are heaps cheaper than this!
Btw just did a quick google search and these things apparently are pretty rubbish:

As with most supplements, they generally only really help people who are deficient in them, help somewhat people who may be on the lower end of getting enough, and not at all for people who don't need them. Kind of like taking vitamins - if you already get enough, eating more won't do anything.
Have a read of these Gut bacteria articles. Increasing evidence emerging that the gut microbiome can have a significant impact on your health.
I think you need to draw a clear distinction between 2 concepts here. There is a number of studies that have shown that a healthy gut microbiome is beneficial to human health, BUT research have also shown that the probiotics being marketed by these companies cannot survive long enough to populate the gut and are destroyed by stomach acid long before they reach. In light of this, I'm negging the deal as you're essentially buying expensive piss.
If the company can substantiate studies that show the effectiveness of their product, I am happy to withdraw the neg.
I completely agree. Probiotic drinks often contain excessive amounts of sugar (11.4g in 65ml of Yakult.
Making your own kefir is cheap & simple, especially you can obtain the grains for free.
The OzBargain way is to make your own from milk or water grains. Ask around and you may find people willing to share the grains for free as they multiply.
Can this deal be #ABillionTimesCheaper ?
