$2245.50 by using 10SALE code off the good guys website however you can get it for 6% cheaper by buying good guys gift cards from Suncorp bank member benefits. As seen from this page it is free to sign up which would then bring the price down to $2110.77

The C7 65 inch is also $3802.77 by following the above (not as cheap as the black friday deal however still the best price at the moment).

  • Can potentially stack with 2.50% cashback from cashrewards for more savings. B7 would be $2058

EDIT: Code is now active on cashrewards website with the 2.50% rebate available

Little bit of effort for a big saving!

If you bothered to read the description you would see with a bit of work you can get it for $2058..

You seem to be rather persistent in proving a quite pointless agenda. Suncorp benefits are available to everyone..it’s free.

Also, if cashrewards is not payable (I mentioned “potentially” so obviously not guaranteed) - it still makes it $2110 with the gift cards, the cheapest it has ever been.

If this deal isn’t appealing to you..move on.

        • Cashback is now available through cashrewards as the code is active on its website - https://www.cashrewards.com.au/the-good-guys

Use a gift card on top of this rebate at your own discretion.

        • @PeterN: Anyone else getting an error when trying to click through to Good guys, tried on various browsers with adblock and vpn off

        • @Higibo: tried it on my mobile device and working fine if you want to give it a try that way

I don't see the need for you to attack easternculture, if you had bothered to read the title guidlelines you would have known not to include cashback discount. Despite him telling you when it was cheaper, you have still included "cheapest it has been".

If you had bothered to read the description you would have realized it is still the cheapest it has ever been EXCLUDING the cashback from cashrewards.

Clearly you read my description by noting I had said “cheapest it has ever been” but chose to avoid the rest of the details.

          Move along now..

        • @PeterN: You said excluding CR, but you are still including Suncorp benefits. Not everyone might want to make a new bank account or deal with gift cards, i am sure we will see this TV cheaper in the future so the effort might not be worth while.

Does anyone know the refresh rate of this tv (not the stated 1ms RESPONSE time, the actual refresh rate per second)

Appears to also support 50Hz based on other sources that I can't remember the locations of.

    • 60HZ; as an OLED panel you’ll see judder but you can use artificial interpolation to increase frames p/s. You don’t get the gray-gray with LCD b/c there’s no LCD to twist, it’s .001 from memory or something stupidly fast, more or less similar to a plasma but as I said also with the addition of motion enhancement if that’s your thing.

Edit; any TV will have a degree of judder, not just OLED; an OLED TV should be very fast motion wise.

According to most every review Google pulls up, its 120hz.

      • Yep it natively supports up to 120hz.

        • Isn't that only at 1080P though? There's basically no 4k/120hz screens out there.

        • Yeah it's only 1080p@120hz. I think the panel itself can do 4K@120hz but it's bottlenecked by HDMI 2.0b. Maybe next years model will have HDMI 2.1 with enough bandwidth to do it.

    • If you're asking because of gaming: this is the best TV panel, period, for gaming.

      Or so I read.

      • It is the best gaming TV, but avoid it if you use it as monitor due to potential burn in (image retention)

You can check the burn in test here

If you're going to mainly use it for PC productivity stuff like MS Office then yeah get an LCD. But if you're going to use it for a variety of dynamic content (games, movies, etc), you should be fine with OLED. I've used mine for 3 years with about 50/50 mix of gaming and video with no burn-in. I think as long as you look after your OLED and don't do anything stupid like leave a static image on for a couple days or turn off at wall, you should be alright.

  • What's the difference between the LG B7T and LG B7A?

  • I am looking for a 55inch C7, at $2515.5 after discount - 2.5% Cashreward.

Hold out mate. I picked up a C7 55 from JB-Hifi with 5% off most stuff in store last Wednesday for $2290 including delivery.

      • I have a limit of $2k, will wait for further discount.

    • Checked at both jb hifi and the good guys yesterday, they only had B7. The only difference between C7 and B7 is the color of the frame.

      • I thought the stand was different and the B7 has 1 less HDMI port?

        • The stand is the same. No idea about the port, but both jb hifi and TGG sales said there were no difference other than the color of the frame. I think Australian B7 is not the typical B7 you would find on Youtube.

        • @Harrison:
There is a difference in Audio, one has sub (C7) and other doesn't (B7).

  • I think I might get this.
Why is it marked as starting tomorrow??

    • What do you mean? If you mean in the post, then it ends tomorrow at 7am.
