  • Just imagine when 20% off tech returns!

EDIT: Just realised this is on their main website and not eBay page.

    • Yeah weird because it's $433 delivered on their eBay store https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Bose-QC35-II-Quiet-Comfort-Noise… and yet $398 delivered on their main website. But even at 20% off that $433 it would still go down to $346.40 which would be a ripper deal.

      • I'm sure it might skew differently as they're a business seller, but eBay does charge 10% to sell. It's not uncommon for prices to be higher on the eBay store vs main website of a business.

  • Harvey norman has this for the same price? can't see this price on the HN website.

    • They might if you get a price match.

HN will price match Video Pro. Did it two weeks ago except they were $424 at the time.

Did it via the online chat on HNs site.

  • What are the odds that you would get HN to price match this site? I would be interested to see that. HN do have the Bose QC25s for $299 (as do a bunch of the others). The Bose Store in USA has the QC25 for $US179 but you would need to get them reshipped here and the shipping pricing might kill the saving.

According to Smigit, HN will price match Videopro.

        • +3

HN is price matching. just now i got price matched and orderd.

        • @ravBlr1982: Second that. I used the chat to request for a price match just then. No questions asked except for a link to the item on VideoPro's website for their own confirmation.

        • Just price matched online too!

      • I price matched two weeks ago at $424 or $427, forget which of the two it is. They have physical stores about so no reason why they shouldn’t. With the $100 Amex credit it was close enough to the $400 min then for me to bite, this would have been even better.

Been watching the Bose for a while and others matched them in other promotions too. Just use the online chat and send a link. They’ll issue you a unique code to discount the difference and you can then select shipped or in store pickup.

        • hmmm, might need to look into this. Thanks for the reply people.

Ozbargain should be part of the Bose authorised dealer list. Do you realise how many QC35s are sold through OZB, probably close to 50% of the entire nation's purchase.

    • +2

same can be said about eneloops and Finish diswashing tablets

    • Same for our Xiaomi Overlords too xD

      • You do wonder if people track mentions on OZB to spikes in sales for products and services.

  • Wonder if OfficeWorks will price beat: https://www.officeworks.com.au/shop/officeworks/p/bose-quiet…

That would bring it down to $378.1

    • Yep just got it matched and bought a pair :)

      • I was wondering the same thing, how did you do a price match for the online website?

        • +2

Just called them and got it sorted within a few minutes. Think their phone number is 1300 OFFICE.

You will have to pay over the phone since it's not in stock in stores.

And it's price beat by 5% not match my bad

        • @anyeong: thanks anyeong, spoke on 1300 OFFICE and price matched for $378.10 (5% off videopro price)

        • @chrisweers: Good to hear :)

        • @anyeong: Just ordered mine today, thanks for your help! :)

  • Done deal been on the hunt for a while. Price not bad unless stacking with Amex which I didn’t save/see :(

Finally QC35 II under $298 (with Amex).. And if you are travelling overseas in next 60days (TRS claim), then it is icing on the cake..

    • Hi! Can I use the headphone before I actually claim TRS at the airport? Thank you

      • +1

AFAIK this isn't an issue. I did this for my DSLR which I was already using, no questions asked. The guy didn't even ask to see it.

      • +1

yes you can use it.. I have done this always.. no questions asked.. Sometime the box would be larger for some items, so I open and carry just the item in cabin baggage,

  • Does anyone price matched at any HN in Sydney? Thanks.

    • +1

You can use the chat option and pick up from a store new you.

  • Had live chat with HN. Price matched. Thank you very much OP.

Has this expired? It now appears to be $435 on VideoPro

  • So can anybody give me the quick or long rundown on why these specific wireless noise cancelling headphones are so great?

And if they are rainproof or not.. honestly considering buying these if they are as great as everybody raves on about it but I tend to wear in my headphones a lot and will use them sometimes in bed so durability and low cost is very important to me somewhat.

Also do these have a microphone for mobile discord and Skype and messenger app calls?

But if I can listen to my music from my tablet and walk around my whole house or even down the street with it then boo yaa I can see the benefits but honestly thought this was doable with maybe $200 headphones but I guess I was wrong?

What's the Dyson V6 or V7 of the wireless noise cancelling headphone category?

PS, this deal technically expired and a few days ago then became active again from last night.

Thank You ! been waiting for this deal to come back

  • Considering this with Amex $100 back offer vs gift cards. Anyone know if I can get $400 e-gift card and get the $100 via Amex - or only in store (heard there can be issues in some stores). Also any tips for a $1 or $2 item to add to this to make Amex offer work? Oh, and has anyone had any luck getting price match for $399 and being able to order 2 or 3 of these online (I have 3 Amex registered - would need to be 3 separate transactions unless can put in 3 cards online?). HUGE THANKS!

edit - I see I could order 2 x $200 e-gift cards, looks like its do-able, just wondering if anyone has had success with e-gift cards from HN and Amex offer?
Also my local HN doesn't have these in stock, so only online for me for this deaL!

    • there have been reports that harvey norman is manually checking all amex transactions and negating any deals where only gift cards are purchased

if you want to spend $1 or $2, paper is probably your best bet. it's $4 and you're most likely to use it. Otherwise i say some "whiteout" but not many stores have them, they're $1 so just grab two :D
