Laptop with SSD and Decent Processor under $900

Hi,

Family member is looking for a laptop with decent processor and SSD for the fast boot up. Lower priced ones either don't have the SSD or have a fairly wimpy processor with SSD.

Looking for a decent brand as well too, not just the cheapest possible.

So far the best I have been able to uncover is this HP

Above link pretty much has the other required specs

15.6 screen, resolution doesn't matter
8 GB RAM ideal
Win 10 (any version)
Graphics can be integrated or dedicated, no concern there

Just wondering if anyone can suggest something different or if the above is right on the money.

Occasionally you'll see a Lenovo E470 here.

Lately the E470s has been the 8gb, but still good for day to day use.

Edit: oops didn't see you want a 15" screen. Maybe the E570.

HP is not a brand I would ever recommend - every time I've had to deal with them it's been a complete pain in the arse.

Dell Factory Outlet has two Vostro 15" laptops with i7-7200U CPUs, 8gb RAM, 256gb SSDs and Win 10 Pro for under $800.

wait for next gen, 8th gen cpus (coming out in new machines atm) have double the cores and double the threads of current chips for the same price.

up to a 50% perf boost.
