the fine print says it cannot be used multiple times, it has a unique barcode.
Could you check you barcode against the one Leiiv shared, are they different? The fine print on the pdf above says it can be used multiple times during offer period, so I reckon it's not unique.
Just checked my barcodes, and they are different to the ones posted.
The email did say that it was to be shared with friends, so they are probably using the unique barcodes to track how much "sharing" has gone on.

I didn't neg because it can't be used several times, I negged because there may be consequences for the OP. If it's a unique barcode generated for each user, that means each use can be tracked to an individual.
As a comment below also mentions, they will probably ask for your Fusion membership card. If you have one then you get your own coupon by email, if you don't have one this coupon is useless.
I am pretty sure that there would be no consequences for me, because I got this from a friend, which also got this from another friend, and so on.. Anyway, the terms does not mention about prohibiting sharing. So is this really a valid reason for a neg? I am curious though, if I did not post this one, will someone else do it? Apparently some people have tendencies of not willing to share for whatever reason.

Do you need to be fushion member to use this coupon? Last time, i took a discount coupon to Diana Ferrari, and was asked for my fushion card. I was told by the sales person that i can't use the discount coupon unless i have a fushion card. Just want to be sure to save another embarassement~

used to work for the company, you can use it as many times as you want, they are meant to be shared with whoever. Some people who signed up to fusion wont receive it, as discounts are awarded on the basis of how much you shop with the brands, i.e. regular shoppers get better discounts, or at least that is the rationale behind the system, hence newer members may not receive the 40% off.
So, do you need to be a fusion member to use this voucher? It is not stated in the voucher.

Seems like it depends on how much you use your card, so next time you go shopping I guess you could just ask them to scan the card.

Just checked today..got some white canvas shoes for $7 at Colorado DFO. They were $10 but with 30% comes to $7. Also can be used with any other offer as it says storewide. Also some great bargains were tees and shorts for $5 and with 30% you do the maths. Sad to say they had limited sizes

I just got my daughters Clarks school shoes for next year from Mathers for $66. I've seen other offers before and kicked myself that I didn't take them up at the time. Glad I didn't. I've never had school shoes for 40% off. Awesome.
