    Agreed, poor software makes for useless hardware. Used to sell this brand when I was at DSE, lucky to get 50% success rate connecting to your hardware.

  Just picked one up at Harvey Norman Mt Gravatt and have connected the tv, sound bar, ps4 all together without a problem. Very happy for $19 so have bought another 2 from Oxley HN and they sold it to me for $15 each. Can’t complain for $19 when original price was $249
