That's the now-demolished Sydney Entertainment Centre.
The carpark is actually 4 levels within the "Commonwealth Bank Darling Square" building to the west-northwest of that open-roofed EntCent.
Google really need to update their maps more often. How would a tourist for example, relying on Google maps, manage to find a place that's no longer there (or isn't there yet)?
Website doesn't say what are upcoming event nights, which kinda sucks. Or at least I couldn't find that info.
So how do you know which nights are event nights?
The event rates are "hidden in plain sight" with all the regular rates - "NIGHT | Mon-Sun $3.00 | Event Night Thu 07-Dec $25.00" and "WEEKEND | Sat-Sun $9.00 | Event Rate Sun 10-Dec $25.00"; I'd say the events are Yusuf (Cat Stevens) on 7th and The Wiggles on 10th, per the ICC What's On page (http://www.iccsydney.com.au/visit-icc-sydney/whats-on).
