    I've bought one of these recently, packaging is like new except the box says "refurbished" on it. There's a seal wrap and everything around it.

  Is that 15% off the refurb price( good price) or that the refurb is 15% off a new one ( not so great, normal refurb price)?

  Edit just checked, it's only the normal refurb price, which of course should be a lot cheaper than a new one. 15% off for a refurb computer isn't great really.
