due to too many order complain their order don't have any new update on track number, i confirmed again with ship team and shipping company. this new shipping company still have problem deliver powerbank to AU, all package was reject and return to our warehouse.

      Based on this deal; https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/345809 I choose express shipping (5-8 days) but I still haven't received it until now.

      I contacted the support, they told me it was posted using standard postage, that it will arrive within 30days.

      I was like, what??? u joking right! what's the purpose of paying for expedited shipping if it was gonna be delivered using slow mail. Ridiculous!

      it wasn't rejected by customs, it was not even delivered! if the customs rejects it the tracking would say so, but instead the tracking was not even valid! full of lies and the support was shitty incompetent giving stupid answers, not even bothered to track it themselves!

        Been checking since day 1 and suddenly they claim customs rejected the order but the tracking number shows no info at all! LoL-

          Guys, contact your bank like I did, and ask for a charge back. Don't bother waiting for a refund, your protected from your bank as your not getting what you've purchased. The merchant gets blacklisted from multiple disputes raised.

          Complete bullshit in my opinion with listing it as express shipping but then customer service says it may take up to 30 days. Mods need to ban lightinthebox from ozbargain.

    Tracking via EMS has no result so it hasn’t even been handed over to EMS yet.

    • If you paid for express shipping there's no reason for you to wait that long. Just open a dispute. They're doing false advertising and tried to get extra money from you.

      Considering quite many has fallen for their trick, they should be ban from OzB or the least that we can do is negging all their deals after this.

      • Rep has responded to private message with same story as yours. I’m not buying it as to how customs rejected it with EMS not showing any scans. Also won’t be buying from them anytime soon.

        Worst part is that even if you believe the story, item is back in their warehouse and no email / comms to me advising the issue. They should have approached me not the other way around.

      • It's fine, I've just escalated to Paypal to have it refunded. You shouldn't be offering product for sale that you don't have ability to fulfil for whatever reason.

        Edit: the disgrace is the 2000+ clicks you had through to your website regardless of your ability to follow through.

    ?? I never got such email and I was repeatedly told the order was coming even thought the tracking number pretty much showed nothing since day one. So I was lied twice only to find out from another website that u guys f***ed up?

    Lies. The offer for refund is incomplete.

    I paid insurance and they will not refund this. The company did not do due diligence ahead of time and holding money for an extended period of time.

    I recommend staying away from this company. not worth hassles to save a little money. It has cost me money for this deal and they are currently not willing to pay it all back.

    • Hey, I'm in the exact same boat. Don't rely on their refund as they can still screw you over.

      Contact your bank directly, tell them you did not receive what you paid for, which is 5-8 days express shipping. This fact alone is enough for the bank to refund you the exact amount you spent and this gets the merchant blacklisted. Too many people don't make use of bank's charge back services when they're clearer in the right.

      • I paid using a debit card, via paypal. Whats my best option of the three (third being ask for refund).

        I am extremely disappointed as I am going overseas in just a couple of days, expecting to have my new charger. Guess I'll just buy it direct from the motherland…

  • This is terrible service. On the 9/12/17 your revision to the original post mentioned you are providing refunds and will inform buyers of the cancelled order.

    It is 15/12 and you have done no such thing (or at least I have not received one. Spam folder checked).

    No refund yet either.

    I had to find out about my order through this page. Now I have to pay top dollar for another unit to be delivered to me before my travels. I could have picked this up on a different sale if your communication was anywhere near adequate.

    You readily blame the shipping company yet your communication is solely your responsibility. Your courier's incompetence pales to your own.

    So… where do we now look to get a 20,000mAh PowerBank that will actually be delivered to Oz???
