I have the Bose Soundlink III and Beolit 15 and have to say they are almost equal. The B & O has a little more bass but that may not translate to better sound as it is a little unbalanced, just as is the Soundlink III but to a lesser degree. The advantage of this 17 is that it can charge from USB unlike the Beolit 15 and the Bose Soundlink III - a very welcome addition. Also has a longer-life battery but after a year of use both reduced. At 20% off it's a great price though, but not great enough to jump off eiher a Soundlink III or Beolit 15.
How do these compare to Harmon Oxyn Studio or Bose mini 2?

Love B&O's stuff, good quality.
Tried to get Myer price match discontinued Beolit 15 in store, told me the maximum I could get was 15%, not even close to 40% off the other stores offer. And their price for Beolit 15 is even higher than Beolit 17, can’t comprehend their pricing strategy.
It is a Bluetooth player for those wondering what the heck it is.
