Really decent price on the game, especially considering EB is charging $39 for the base game without the DLC.
It's a Play Anywhere copy as well, so it works on PC/XB1.

Disc copy doesn't give you the PC version unfortunately.
Also if you get the disc version and you want the Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels DLC, then you will need to get those DLC through digital codes/online purchases anyway. You can sell the disc for the base game but you can't sell your digital DLC, that's tied to your MS account forever.

One of the most enjoyable driving games I've played in the past 5 years. Paid full price for the pre-order Ultimate Edition and have zero regrets.

I believe the JB Hifi sale is similar to EB games i.e. physical copy Xbox only.
This deal is the digital "Play Anywhere" version which lets you cross-play the same game across XB and PC.
That's a big deal for us PC people.
Its the only cheap way to get this game.

FH3is pretty well optimised for Xbox and looks great for a console game. However, the PC graphics can be quite stunning especially if you have a higher end rig to max out all the settings.
PC version also supports unlocked framerate for buttery smooth driving goodness (if your rig is capable) :)
They've lowered the PC min spec to an i3 4th gen and a GT740/R7250x, but that's for 720p min settings 30fps.
The controller that comes with the Xbox One S is very good for PC, it has bluetooth built in and a standard headphone jack in the controller itself. A lot of PC games are made with the Xbox controller in mind and the rumble works great (though rumble is disabled when battery is low or it's not connected over USB). You can get the new controller separately for about $60 on sale.

Well lah dee dah. I won one from MS just before the Xmas it first came out. Ended up selling it for $300 I think because of the shortages. It was a young girl that came from a shift at Hungry Jacks that bought it for her boyfriend. Made me feel kinda bad because I thought a rich kid or parent would buy it. I wanted to keep it so bad but $300 is $300 :(
Is it really worth it? The latest standard Xbox One controller does have the 3.5mm jack and bluetooth now.

The price on this just keeps going down. I was recommending it last week when it was $50. Some say that Forza Horizon 3 online community is dying so the game isn't worth as much now, but I never played it online in the first place. I do enjoy my friend's drivatars, but they will always be on there even when your friends haven't played it in years. It ran perfectly on my Pentium G4560 PC as well, other than the occasional crash.
Good price. Been waiting on this game for sooo loooong, finally a price which is reasonable, and to top it off, it includes the Hot Wheels DLC. YEY I bought it.

Not sure about the second question but the download code should be a link that was sent to you via email when you purchased it.
The download link in the email gives me a 25 character digital code only.
Go Back to the original product page, there's a link there to redeem your code at the microsoft store.
Or open the microsoft store app on your PC and hit the … buttons up the top left. Then hit redeem a code.
There's only one key as they're bundled together both the original game and the hot wheels addon.
