Hey guys! First post so go easy.
I want to buy a new 4K TV. I've read some reviews and I've settled on the LG - 55" 55UJ752T. First, is this the right choice? My price range is around $1500 give or take a few dollars.
Second, is this TV true 4K and will it play 4K videos? Also does it have USB ports where I can connect a external Hard Drive with movies and stream it through the TV? Also does the LG smartTV OS get firmware updates often? I'm big into security so I would like to know.
Now I was going to buy the LG from HN since I'm in VIC metro as they are the cheapest but I noticed BinGLee eBay has a 20% off coupon and they have the same LG TV for sale online. BingLee delivered is $300 cheaper than any where in VIC even with the $40 delivery fee. My question is it wise to buy a TV from inter state? Any problems/issues I would encounter?
Thanks :)
Link? What is the price from BingLee? I read review in other topic saying LG uses RGBW which is supposed to be not good as other panel. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/334692
When looking at different TVs at JB Hifi, picture quality on LG TV even cheaper model looks better than HiSense 55N7. Colour is not as vibrant as Sony or Hisense though. It's a bit gray and darker. Not sure because of colour settings that JB staff configure.
