    There is a apparent fault with the speed dial on this - we purchased one and had three returns of three different items with God Guys.. finally we purchased a kitchenaid :) it might have cost us another $200 but atleast no one broke their fingers etc

    The speed would automatically increase when on the lowest setting - very intermittent and dangerous, even after three different colours we exchanged with

    • Good warning. That is atrocious for such an established brand.

  • Good price, paid $299 for a silver one last year.
