        I bought one that was posted on OzBargain that has two flashing modes AND an SOS mode that I have to cycle past every time I turn the damn thing on - and that's in addition to the 2 or 3 different brightness settings.

        its practically unusable.

          Tell me about it. I recently bought some LED driving lights to add to my motorcycle, they have hi/lo/flash functions. High and low I can kind of get, but in what circumstance am I going to use flash for driving lights? I'm worried I'm going to get done for accidentally impersonating a police officer.

      This one is a single mode AA, the front slides in and out for zoom, if you don't like the zoom set it where you want it and put some tape or glue on the movable part:

      At least that's the only way I can make that sentence make some sense.

      Yeah this site seems dodgy. Paypal item listed as 'DD4', no shipping confirmation and it doesn't show up properly in my order history.
