        The SIM card only expires if you have not recharged the SIM card for longer than 6 months

        Other than that, the SIM card has no shelf life and can be kept for long without worrying about it expiring (so as long as you do not activate the SIM card before departure.

          We only include that as a condition for customers who are travelling in a years time.

          From our experience and understanding there is no shelf life on these products as we have had customers activate the SIM 1 year from now.

      How do the recharge vouchers work? Are they emailed out? I would ideally like to buy them on demand, so preferably whilst I'm overseas getting close to my data limit. Also is there a limit on how many countries (of the 60) that you can roam to and from?

        Yes the voucher pins are emailed out within 2 hours of purchase.

        However, our voucher have a validity of 3 months so you can purchase a voucher from us and it will be good to go within in a 3 month limit.

        Also, so as long as the sim stays activated it will work in the 60 countries that is advertised.

      I purchased 2 of the 5GB UK + Europe + 12 Countries SIM on the 28/11/17 (order number 2672) and it was stated on your website shipping takes 1-4 business days. I need them by the 05/12/17 as I'm leaving on that day, Is it possible for you to confirm they're arriving by then otherwise I'm happy to pay extra for express, as i still haven't got an email confirming that the items have been sent and the weekend is coming up

      It is actually more cost effective to purchase two separate sim cards as you wont be able to top up your SIM card again unless you have a UK based credit card.

      Additionally, if you wish to keep the Same three number, you can purchase a top up amount from us with the code TOPUP40 to receive a voucher code which has an expiry for three months when you request for it to be made.

      3.5G Speeds within europe are super fast! even much faster than the standards we have here!

      We can confidently say coverage is great in Europe except for some isolated islands in greece!
