Isn't the oil supposed to be "healthy" fats? I usually just store all my jars upside down, get much more of a consistent texture..

Tastes great! Although they no longer use 100% Aussie peanuts. Probably the business expanded quite a bit since they started and couldn't fulfill the demand with just Aussie peanuts.

Absolutely! I just stated because they started with 100% Aussie peanuts (that's how they promoted, QLD peanuts)
