Clearing out some Zagg Bluetooth Keyboard for iPad mini 1/2/3 and retina display. Its sells anywhere between $59-$99.
If your looking to turn your ipad mini into a little computer, this is as good as it gets. The hinges are sturdy and the keyboard has a nice soft feel to it much like the mac keyboard.

is the ipad mini 4 different from ipad retina display?
yes minis where retina from mini 2 onwards and the 4 is slightly longer and Zagg list a different model for the 4 on their website.
Any for the full sized Ipad ?
Buyer beware, I would suggest reading reviews before purchasing.
(reviews consistently report that it's a great idea/concept, but poor quality with magnets ripping out of the hinge, case not fitting well, plastic cracking and breaking, etc)
The hinges are sturdy
doesn't sound like it:
