I have a genuine question. Why is Hawaiian pizza always excluded?

  Hawaiian is already discounted, in the sense that it's $8.95 and other traditional pizzas are $12.95 (or slightly more/less depending on your store). Like value range, they don't want to give 50% off pizzas that are already reasonably priced.
