I've found in the past they refuse to price match when a HN gift card is a bonus with the purchase.

From all the reviews I've read, Sony WH-1000XM2's are better overall.
You're probably right. I went jb-hifi today to check out the comfort for both of them. I found the bose to fit much more comfortably around the ears than the sony. Sound and all the other aspects may be better for sony, but me personally comfort trumps all.

Hi all, can confirm that some stores are willing to price match Videpro offer with the gift card. I went to the Harvey Norman store in Woodville South Australia and they matched the $435 price (videopro deal) and included a $50 HN gift card. I am at work and cannot scan the receipt (will do when I get home) but speak with Emily if you are going to the same store. I had no luck with the online chat.
I am flying overseas in a months time so TRS should give back $43 which would make it ~$240 after AMEX cashback, Gift card and TRS for a BOSE QC35 II. Sweet!!

Did anyone from NSW score this deal? I went to my local store and they told me they couldn't do it because it was below their cost price, and needed manager approval (manager wasn't in tonight). So will be waiting for a call tomorrow. Seems unlikely though
@itslittfam: I have tried at a few stores as well and the guy at one store even showed me that the area went red when he entered the $435 price. Was happy to do $485 as it was shown on screen as the minimum.

TRS will give you back $435/11 = $39.55.
Having said that, on your receipt, it says the GST is $35. Which is strange.
It's $35 because they deducted the $50 GC first before calculating the 10% GST
Can only get $35 back for TRS!
I ended up buying them for $450 in Auburn Harvey Norman (GST on the receipt shows $40.91). After AMEX cashback, gift card and TRS, comes down to $259ish.
I managed to get one from HN Castle Hill, NSW for $445. With AmEx, GC and TRS, it comes down to ~A$259. Good deal!
