I bought this last time, for some reason it doesn't quite taste the same as the small bottles. Seems a bit watery compared to the smaller bottles, even after a good shake.

I don't think it is - I use quite a lot more of this than I would normally use. I'll keep using it for the time being, but won't buy again. I don't know why, you would expect it should be exactly the same. Quite disappointing.

don't think so?I got a big glass one (355ml) from Costco for under $10. I Can't remember the exact price. Even at $10 this is 5.3X quantity for 5X the price. Not worth it for me.

its a different taste but i've gone off this and moved to huy fong's sriracha
different condiments for different purposes. i put sriracha on mostly everything, but I wouldn't be putting it in a bloody mary… that needs tabasco!
Problem is storing this stuff, as real estate gets more expensive and kitchens smaller.
If i had a need for litres of hot sauce, i'd go down this path

For others wondering, it's $8 for 150mL Tabasco at Woolworths. That's $0.053/mL. This deal is approx $49.95 for 1890mL => $0.026/mL, so about half price.
