    If this was the dual flat plate version, I would have bought it. The grill version I find harder to clean..

      I agree. I bought this and the grill part is very hard to clean. I bought it to replace my Breville but since got someone to repair the Breville which have flat plates and given the Sunbeam away.

          @tightarse: Major issue with supplier is one of the MAIN reasons a neg vote is permitted.
          People can ignore the neg if they want.
          I am sharing my experience - which was extremely poor.
