Gamesdeal adds 4% to total for paypal and 2% tot total for MasterCard/visa when I went to buy it the other day.
I ended up going thru CDkeys with 5% off fb. $54.90 for CDkeys with FB 5% off or %54.36 for Gamesdeal (paypal).
I need to buy live before call of duty gets released but there hasn't been many deals this year :(
