Living Social are hopeless. I have tried to use 15% off voucher codes (that were emailed to my account, and also showing on the banner at the top of the website) twice in the last few days and they never work. I emailed their support and just keep getting the standard "we will get back to you" bullshit email. Poor service. No phone contact? Will stick to Groupon I think.
