Folder or Scruncher?

At the end of the day, folders can’t understand why scrunchers scrunch, and scrunchers can’t understand why folders fold. Which one are you?

Neither, i prefer to get 10 sheets & use the reciprocating method

get the aldi one instead, $8 for 24 pack, just got one today.

Quilton is tough yet soft, doesn't fall apart in your buttocks. How does the Aldi one compare?

      • +4

Depends on how many layers, otherwise you'll end up fingering yourself.

      • I reckon the ALdi double length rolls are better&stronger then quilton. I'm a simple man I just want my dunny paper to remove the crap from my arse without getting it on my fingers. I'm puzzled why so many brand fail this seemingly basic expectation.

I have one extra requirement, It must not be comparable to a sheet of sandpaper. Man I have some horrible memories growing up of my mother trying to save money anywhere she could so she got this cheap arse toilet paper that I swear would work well on a belt sander. A case of Diarrhea was a nightmare scenario. Ever since then it goes SOFT, strong and removes the crap from my arse, price is last.

        • I find aldi as strong as paper towels, and feels similar too.

        • Ever thought about getting a bidet installed in your toilet?

        • We have one installed at my previous house and yes it's fantastic. After a nice rinse down, you still need to finish of with some toilet paper to dry yourself.

I honestly can't tell the difference between Quilton and the Aldi (Confidence) brand. Even when Quilton is "half price" it's still dearer than Aldi's $8 for 24 rolls.

    • +1

Agreed, the Aldi one is good. Bought a pack last week to try it out. Prior to this we only used Quilton in our household. Don't think I'll be going back to Quilton anymore.

Kirkland brand at Costco, bigger sheets and 21c per 100.

  • -4

    I'd rather the 1 ply

  • +2

Not really a bargain at 24c per 100.

    • +1

Agreed. It's gotta be under 20c/100 sheets for me to pull the trigger.

      • +1

We are talking about sitting down, not standing up. I just shake

I was a scruncher, then one day for some reason I started folding. How messed up is that?!

    • +6

Not as messed up as scrunching.

  • Did you just assume my TP preference? I'm TP neutral.

    • I am ambivalent…. No I'm not…… Yes I am..etc….

  • +3

This is a crap deal… LOL

  • +1

Why is this a 'deal'? Should be close to 30c not over 40c.

Rather splurge on luxury toilet paper and grab the Emporia (4 ply) currently on special at Coles, 6 rolls for $2.75.

  • I miss the old deals for this TP….
Good news for my wife is we have our double bay shed storage back bar 2 packs..

  • Tee Pee for my bunghole, nhhehehhehehe.

  • I like the double length quilton tp because I’m lazy and don’t want to have to get a new roll out as often. My toddler grabs it and runs around the house with it (usually when I’m using the toilet and need it). Twice as much wasted decorating the house not enough for me unless he tears of a piece for me before he runs.
