    If that's custom, then no, there will not be anywhere cheaper.

    Hi,
    http://palaeographics.com.au with will do 8GB (or 16GB) upgrades w/free freight.
    Their 8GB upgrade is 4x2GB SO-DIMMS not 2x4GB, but you could ask them to quote.
