eBay Powerboards Legit or Counterfeit?

Just looking at powerboards and Ebay has some 'Arista' branded ones but at $42 they seem a bit cheap. Anyone have any info as to whether they are genuine or not?

Otherwise any suggestions for a decent switched 8-10 outlet board would be appreciated. USB charging a bonus but not necessary. I also tried a HPM one this time last year and was NOT impressed with the quality (kept tripping and then eventually died).
