      If Steam is anything like iTunes, where your library reverts to Apple upon your death. You don't own the music/content, just paying to use it essentially.

        I saw a while ago that technically you can't give it away according to the terms of agreement, but you can transfer ownership in a will or with proper documentation. Havent looked to see if those terms have changed though
