Shame they done do ice coffee for free anymore
I don't like the coffee melts so when I walk into the store I ask "I have a free coffee melt. Can I get a free iced coffee instead?". Never once has the staff said no.

Never any attitude. I ask when I first walk into the store, not after I've made the coffee. They have a more 'who cares' attitude. I don't even buy petrol, I'm literally there just to get the freebies and walk out

I tried to redeem them today. The "Bundaberg Tropical Mango Sparkling Water" is $1 but the Free Coffee Melt was not free after scanned. It only got $1 discount. The staff said he cannot do anything as it is scanned like this. It does not worth to contact 7-eleven anyway..

Same thing happen to me, wanted $2 for both so I ditched the melt. But now it's gone from my offers.

Went to a few 711 find out that some store charge $1 and some $2. To get it free need go to $1 store or you get $1 discount at others. the guy at counter wont do anything to get you for free.
I honestly get the coffee melt just to eat ice cream (no coffee). I use the straw as a spoon for the ice cream!
Wise idea. The coffee melt is not very good. I find their $1 coffees OK, but for some reason, the coffee + ice cream is just off.
Freebies should be 2, regular coffee as well. Shame they done do ice coffee for free anymore
