Not really - it's a power tool meant for the US market, it's not like someone will be taking it overseas with them on their trip lol.
Thanks for copying the link from answer by the users not the listing. Based on that, the charger will not be suitable for Australia 230V.
I think this is the charger https://www.amazon.com/Decker-LCS1620-Lithium-battery-charge…
So in theory you should be able to replace the power pack with a 240 volt version.
Who should you trust then? Answer can be contributed by any random people, the point is if they are legit. https://www.amazon.com/ask/questions/Tx1VTGKJFXPG2AU/?
Look this is a cheap drill and it most probably will have a charger like that that you can change the power pack…
I was actually talking about the charger that comes with the drill not the one I linked to, I didn't care what its actually for.
Squinting at the photo it's a 20v 4A power supply (as you'd expect from the battery voltage) Don't know where you'd get one but the total cost would probably be more than if you just went and bought an ozito set from Bunnings and with 3 year warranty as well (B&D gear are about equivalent in quality anyway)
I agree…
You could always pay an extra $29.99 for this charger
