On here that means, whoever posted the deal hasn't identified anything that will specifically be a deal, but has published a link to a catalog or website in general.
Personally, I haven't visited dStore in a while, but when I browsed, I also found that free delivery would not be enough to make anything I looked at, competitive.
If the dStore rep could identify an item or two where with free shipping, the deal would be competitive, it would be nice to show that there is a bargain here.
