  • Strange that there is no picture of somebody actually WEARING this :)
    Must look REALLY COOL!

    • Guys wearing it on the youtube video on the prod description. Funny however that the uploader himself mentioned: "Bit crap that BG increased the price. at $99 they were a steal." - looks like they should be cheaper :)

  • I have a pair of these and trust me when I say its like trying to fly though a keyhole even with after removing the foam.
    Joshua agrees, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WW3Go490OyM

    • I bought one too at that price for secondary pair and when I want a more portable option than my Headplays. Much prefer the FoV of the Headplays but I can't complain at that price.

      • Snap, Headplay HD's here as well. Was hoping technology could bring us a FatShark with a 72 degree FoV

        • With Diversity, DVR … and for USD99.99 as well :-)

  • These were absolute sharthouse! The fov seemed way smaller than advertised, if these are your first introduction to FPV you will be put off big time. The quality and features overall are excellent for the cash but that fov just destroys the deal.

  • Could a zoom lens mod improve FoV?

  • US99 is about as cheap as they have been, however the FOV and other issues with this first version means I will look elsewhere.

  • Unless you need them to be small and stylish, the Quanum PRO DIY's are still the best.

Pair it up with a reciever combo that does your frequency (I have a HAM license, so I enjoy some VERY low frequencies for long range), and bam, it's clear as day.

  • After research, these seem to be VR-style goggles that connect to your drone.

    • FPV Goggles - as per the title - rather than VR-goggles.

      • which means nothing to someone not familiar with FPV
