Decent, but not a fan of samsung drives, I've had too many die on me. Give me a wd20ears and i'll bite.
If you don't need the storage urgently I would suggest anyone to wait as I think price of 2TBs will get below the $100 mark very soon with the ever increasing exchange rate (may even go over parity)….maybe in the next 2-3wks or before xmas. Lovin' the low prices as its very easy to fill a 2TB in 10mths with 200gb DL/mth & HD content these days. Can never have enough drives for RAID.
Also WD are releasing the 3TB-WD30EZRS in Aus by next yr I believe, just out in US recently, may be this is the reason why HDD prices have been dropping so rapidly over last 3 mths?
